Underarm Excessive Sweating - Strategies To Stop It

The majority of the people are accustomed to the under arm sweating.  It occurs due to some factors like hormonal imbalances, taking food which are rich in caffeine, alcohol or spicy foods.  These foods stimulate the nerve system resulting in excessive sweating.

The underarm sweating produces a large amount of private and social Problems.  Wherever you go, it leaves you in an embarrass situation.  The worst thing about this underarm sweating is the odor connected with the sweat.  Normally the sweat doesn’t contain any odour, but the bacteria present in them produces the aggravating odor, adding more owes to the injury.  This is the reason why many of us worry on how to stop the underarm sweat. 

Medical treatments like procedures like Iontophoresis will not pay off.  They produce the same result as that of the antiperspirants ; the only consolation is there will not be any discomfort.  There are medicines that can help in that problem.  Consult a physician to get a prescription.  Ask also the probable side effects that could be due to the drugs prescribed. 

Surgery isn’t a smart option as the entire sweat gland is removed totally.  Using lemon juice in the sweating area after your shower may reduce the sweat.  Or slicing a potato and cleaning the underarms, before applying the deodorants could be handy.  Taking showers twice each day, reducing the intake of spicy foods could be a nice choice ; on following this you’ll come to an idea on ways to stop the underarm sweat.
